metals and water

Metals and Waters

On Thursday we went to the science lab and did some cool experiments with water and metal.

first we sandpapered the metal then sprinkle it down a test tube and poor water in it and wait......

then write down what happens and we did that with all different types of metal. Once we finished that we we did the same thing but with a Bunsen burner  they all bubbled and fizzed!!!!!

 Water temperature

  On Thursday we went to the science lab we had to have covered shoes our hair tied up and jackets off. Then we all stood around the tables Mrs McCulloch put us in groups of three and two and went over the instructions and set us off. I was with Charlee and Lara. The first thing we did was poor the water into the beaker then put in on the mat that's on top of the tripod and plug the Bunsen burner in and turn it on. Then we lite the Bunsen burner and boiled the water in different times.
